At DirDirect, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't perfect, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Log into your DirDirect account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your returned sports equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
